**Your Role**

As a Risk Lead, you’ll lead the compliance, regulatory and risk workstream for our Commercial Enablement program. You’ll be accountable for the overall risk management across this program which includes establishing, implementing, and maintaining a robust risk management framework as well as ensuring the framework is integrated throughout the Commercial Enablement governance structure, including workstreams.

**This is an initial 12-month contract and can be based in all major cities in Australia.**

**About You**
- Proven experience in risk management, with a track record of leading successful program and project risk management activities across transformation program within large organisations.
- Strong understanding of risk and compliance management requirements, principles, methodologies, and best practices across the risk management lifecycle. Expert knowledge of delivery and delivered risk frameworks is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify, assess, and prioritise risks based on quantitative and qualitative factors.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
