**About the Role**

The Distribution Centre Operations team heavily supports the Distribution Centre Operations and wider site functions in achieving business as usual activities. This includes actively seeking continuous improvement activities, including data and insights to drive or support local based initiatives. We have fun and excel at what we do, every day.

***Reporting to the State CI Lead, the Logistics Insights Analyst is responsible for gathering data for analysis to support a range of key operational and planning activities and projects for the Richlands Distribution Centre. You will understand the flow of data from our ERP systems through to our reporting tools and collaborate with various stakeholders to design and build analytical reports that are clear, effective, and purposeful. In providing the insights, this will be to support the various stakeholders in making key decisions for their functions. The Logistics Insights Analyst is responsible in developing labor planning tools for the teams to utilise. This role plays a critical role in ensuring that Distribution Centre Team Managers are equipped with the tools and forecasting reports to ensure all productivity targets are achieved and support with ensuring that warehouse processes run smoothly and promptly through KPI reporting and labour planning tools.

**We are looking for capabilities and experience which include**:

- Demonstrated work experience as a data specialist.
- Experienced in supporting CI initiatives.
- Experience generating solutions and supporting initiatives to ensure continuous service performance.
- Experience in influencing and supporting teams through periods of major change.
- Hands on experience with warehouse management software and databases, desirable.
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to partner and manage the relationship with third party suppliers.
- Demonstrated experience in supporting projects with data and insights.
