Medical Receptionist

**Duties include**:
- Answering calls and booking appointments, handling queries
- Stocking consulting room and ordering medical and office supplies
- Opening/closing the practice
- Assisting the Business Practice Manager
- Liaising with doctors and allied health
- Processing documents ie scanning, labelling, importing documents
- Liaise with other health organisations and specialist practices
- General administration duties

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
COVID-19 considerations:
Staff are required to wear a mask. Anyone entering the practice is required to wear a mask. Patients are screened and anyone with cold/flu like symptoms are seen in our outside marquee. Surfaces are cleaned regularly.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Brighton, VIC 3186: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
