Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Managing and organisation of Accounts Payable inbox
- Data entry of Accounts Payable invoices
- Matching Purchase orders
- Scanning and filing pf documentation
- Minute taking of Payable team meetings

About You

The successful applicant will have/be,
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Suites
- Accounts Payable processing
- Strong administration skills
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
