**Who You Are**:
Swimming is an integral part of our Australian culture, and we feel that every person, no matter their age should have the opportunity to learn to swim. At Fitness First, we are on a mission to teach this life changing skill, providing our members and the people they care for the confidence to live a fit and fearless life.
The Swim Supervisor is a service focused supervisor responsible for supervising and administering activities at the swimming pool in order to provide quality swimming programs and services. This includes completing administrative responsibilities, and supervising pool staff and scheduled activities.

**What you should bring**:

- Passion for aquatics and dedicated to our mission to teach this life changing skill
- AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia qualification
- Aquatic CPR and First Aid
- RLSSA Pool Lifeguard qualification
- Current CPR certificate and Working with Children Check
- Experience in teaching young children (6 months to 7 years) is highly desired
- Willingness to comply with and carry out all implemented Work Health and Safety related activities and processes

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

Ensure club activities and swim programmes are communicated to members in an efficient and effective manner

*
Execute a quality member service and premium aquatic offering for your members built on company branding and standards

*
Provide guidance to swim instructors during class delivery

*
Support best practice of the Swim School in relation to member communication, swim school marketing, operational processes and H&S standards

*
Monitor the general safety and behaviour on pool deck

*
Ensure the smooth running of classes by guiding swimmers to their designated class

*
Mark off students' attendance on hard copy and then upload to relevant operating software

*
Monitor classes to ensure key drills and learnings are being delivered during lessons

*
Ensuring all programmes are conducted in a timely manner

*
Ensure the security of equipment used during Swim School lessons

*
Be available to cover Swim Instructor shifts in the event of a no-show
