Black Sheep Restaurant & The Chamber of Gin is a one-of-a-kind experience in our region and is the perfect venue for locals and tourists alike to enjoy not only the finest Gin Geelong has on offer, but our delectable food offerings.

While our largest venue, Edge, is situated on Geelong's spectacular waterfront with a gorgeous north-facing outlook, our venue gives our visitors a stunning panoramic view of the beautiful Corio Bay and is the perfect spot to relax, dine, drink, and kick up your heels when the sun goes down

We are looking for an energetic individual to play an integral role in the long-term growth, development, and success of the business whilst leading a young vibrant team to their maximum potential.
Leadership experience is essential, if you have a minimum of 2 years hospitality management or supervisory experience, the right attitude and willingness to learn you are encouraged to apply.

As an integral part of our forward-looking management team, you will relish the prospect of providing a consistently high level of customer service, as well as training, managing, motivating, and mentoring your casual team members.

The role would suit an approachable and confident individual who embraces the opportunity to continually grow their knowledge on current industry trends. An enthusiastic person, with a high standard of professionalism and customer focus. A team leader who truly cares for their team, provides authentic and genuine customer service and is ready to take on the next challenge.

You will have a flair and passion for the industry and an entrepreneurial spirit, with the drive for creating strong relationships with the industry in our region. You will work closely within a high-performing management team to truly understanding requirements to run a successful business.

**Other required skills and attributes include**:

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- ABILITY TO MULTITASK, PRIORITISE AND ORGANISE IS ESSENTIAL
