Overview:
As a Vehicle Accessory Fitter, you will play a crucial role in our operations by installing a variety of accessories and enhancements on our customers' vehicles. You'll be responsible for ensuring that installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with industry standards. From off-road enthusiasts to urban commuters, you'll cater to a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and preferences.

**Responsibilities**:
Install a wide range of vehicle accessories, including but not limited to roof racks, tow bars, bull bars, lighting systems, trays etc..

Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical specifications to perform installations safely and effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges encountered during the installation process.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Collaborate with colleagues and management to optimize workflow and enhance overall efficiency.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Vehicle Accessory Fitter or similar role within the automotive industry.

Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring is preferred.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical stamina and dexterity to perform installations in various weather conditions and settings.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Rotating roster

**Experience**:

- Fitter: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Order Picking Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Forklift Licence (preferred)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Ability to Commute:

- MANSFIELD, VIC 3722 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- MANSFIELD, VIC 3722: Relocate before starting work (required)
