**Responsibilities**:

- Design, implement, and maintain SAGE systems to meet the company's requirements effectively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAGE and other IT systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions across departments.
- Provide user support, training, and guidance on SAGE usage and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, SAGE updates, and advancements in the mining industry to propose innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working extensively with SAGE.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining SAGE systems.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an analytical and detail-oriented approach.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant IT certifications would be a plus.

**Location and Salary**: This position is based in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia. The salary offered is commensurate with experience and is circa $100,000 per annum Plus Super. The remuneration package will be competitive to attract the best talent in the industry.
