Mailroom Clerk

Exciting **Part-Time** role awaits for an administration professional seeking an opportunity to make an impact at our Huntingwood office. This opportunity is 3 days in the office, 8am - 3pm but will require some flexibility to cover other times and days during periods of annual leave. As a key player, you will engage with internal & external stakeholders, regarding all administrative related matters.

**What you’ll do**
- Ensuring all incoming and outgoing mail is sorted and distributed efficiently. All outgoing mail counted, weighed, grouped and manifested using the ELM’s and Star Track programs, adhering to Australia Post and Star Track specific deadlines
- First point of contact for all courier deliveries arriving on site. Directing drivers, and taking delivery of all mail, parcels, stock, print and POS material.
- Purchasing consumables supplies from Australia Post and Star Track as directed by the Mailroom Supervisor.
- Office stationery stock ordering for the Huntingwood and Macquarie Park site. Adhere to the Metcash Preferred Supplier Basket
- Distribution of site internal and outgoing mail, toner stock, distribution of paper, courier bookings, mail outs, binding and laminating upon request.

**What you’ll be**
- Ability to liaise with a wide range of internal and external team members and suppliers
- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office & Web Based online ordering tools)
- Time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience within an administrative based role
