We are seeking a **Finance Lending Consultant** with a strong background in financial data analysis, organisational efficiency, and policy advisory to join our team. This role involves analysing financial data, managing client information systems, and advising on loan policies to optimise business operations. You will play a critical role in streamlining OzCar's lending processes, improving organisational performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

**Salary Range**: $65,000- $75,000 per annum plus superannuation.
**The responsibilities include, but will not be limited to**:
- Analyse, organize, and manage customer financial data, including credit history and income profiles, to ensure accurate loan eligibility assessments and informed business decisions.
- Offer data-driven financial advice, guiding customers toward optimal car finance solutions based on their individual profiles and needs.
- Act as a liaison between customers and financial institutions, organizing data to secure optimal loan terms and rates for clients.
- Organise and maintain comprehensive client data records, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal policies, and adherence to industry regulations.
- Provide strategic business insights by leveraging data to align loan offerings with customer financial goals and uphold responsible lending practices.
- Ensure lending activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements, supporting responsible decision-making with organized data.
- Offer guidance on financial options, helping clients understand loan terms and their implications through clear data interpretation.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate financial data into business strategies and enhance customer experience.
- Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth vehicle purchase transactions, ensuring that financing and sales processes are aligned for a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, interest rates, and industry regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to customers.
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring customer satisfaction through data-driven methods.
**To succeed in this role, you are required the following**:
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity and understanding of the car market, including brands, pricing, and trends in vehicle financing and insurance, as well as expertise in auto financing, loan options, interest rates, and insurance products.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the car finance/lending industry

- **Policy & Business Advisory**: Strong ability to provide actionable insights and recommendations on loan policies and organisational methods.
- **Organisational Skills**: High-level organisational and multi-tasking skills to maintain accurate records and streamline loan approval processes.
- **Client-Focused**: Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship management.
- **Attention to Detail** - Accurately process financial documents and data.
- **Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills**
Australian citizens/ Permanent Residents will be preferred.
