**Key responsibilities**:

- Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
- Managing the financial administration and site administration for the project
- Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost data
- Supervising the preparation of variations, claims, EOT’s as needed on the project
- Responsible for all subcontract administration reviewing the claims and payment certificates
- Addressing contractual matters with client/consultants/ subcontractors/suppliers and negotiating variations, claims, EOT and mitigating any contractual disputes
- Ensure all contract administration processes are implemented and maintained in accordance with company policy, guidelines and processes
- Supervise the contract administration team to ensure all contract agreements are administered in accordance with the conditions and provisions of the contract agreements
- Manage the end of month accruals process for subcontractors and major suppliers
- Contribute to continuous improvement activities to find new and better ways of operating, leading to increased effectiveness and efficiency
- Create a supportive culture that encourages innovation and improvement, and a team that embraces change

**You will have**:

- Understanding of relevant legislation
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage time and workload
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships and the ability to work in a high performing team
- Detailed knowledge and demonstrated high level experience in project management, planning, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong computer skills in MS Office (in particular Word and Excel)
- Effective interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
