**Job Description**:

As one of our Customer Service Representatives, you are the first point of contact for all visitors to the NEXTDC facilities. Championing the NEXTDC values, you will play a pivotal role in our world class customer experience.
- Greet all visitors to NEXTDC in a timely, friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and internal stakeholders
- Managing and granting site access requests
- Provide accurate incident reports
- General receptionist, administrative and customer service support duties
- Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Monitor NEXTDC CCTV and conduct patrols of the site
- Answer the overflow of calls to our Customer Support telephone line

**Hours**: This is a Casual position working **ad hoc hours and providing leave coverage **($29.59 + super + penalty rates)

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for, and experience in, customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, can-do, positive attitude with the ability to multitask
- Ability to build relationships with, and support, a wide variety of stakeholders
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn about high density data centre power, high efficiency cooling approaches and technologies
- Ability to lift up to 15kg to support with deliveries
- ** Must be an Australian Citizen for Security Clearance**
