**Client Liaison Officer - NSW Government**
- Maroubra location
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- $31ph + super
- ASAP start - Initial 3 month contract with likely extension

A fantastic temp opportunity within the NSW Government Community and Housing sector, offering a rewarding, friendly and supportive working environment assisting those in need.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Monitor contractor reporting of non access issues across all planned work categories, including property assessment surveys, working directly with clients and escalating protracted or potential issues as required, to ensure timely resolution that enables services to be delivered.
- Monitor vacant turnaround times, providing exception reporting to the management team to ensure service delivery to agreed timeframes.
- Manage, record and report on tenant enquires resulting from client properties asset condition assessments, planned maintenance or other services delivered to ensure issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate and arrange for planned works and maintenance programs.
- Provide support and assistance to other members of the Housing team as required, to ensure efficient and effective functioning of the team.

**Skills/experience**:

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong and positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders with an understanding of their diverse backgrounds and needs
- Proficient in Microsoft suite and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Highly organised
- Ability to take initiave
- Team player
