**Your New Role**

In the role of Planning Practice Lead, you will drive Annual, Quarterly, and Iterative planning excellence at Aware Super. You will focus on alignment of planning with organisational OKRs and leverage advanced analytics, visual tools and agile practices to continually standardise and optimise enterprise planning processes.
- _ Lead the co-creation, development and execution of annual and quarterly plans._
- _ Implement and manage iterative processes that allow for continuous refinement of plans_
- _ Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks_
- _ Leverage visualisation techniques to present complex enterprise planning data_
- _ Identify the needs of end users and technical teams to develop tooling improvement requirements_
- _ Create robust testing strategies to ensure tool reliability and performance_

- Must possess a Scaled Agile Certification, demonstrating expertise in Agile principles and practices at scale
- Proven experience leading annual and quarterly planning cycles
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics
- Experience in Agile planning tools and integration
- Proficiency in developing reporting frameworks and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders
