**Traffic Controller**

Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott are currently seeking a qualified traffic controller to manage the safe crossing of horses across the road for training purposes

Monday to Saturday:
12pm to 3pm

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the safe and controlled movement of horses across roads to and from training tracks and facilities.
- Direct and manage traffic to ensure the safety of horses, riders, and drivers.
- Communicate effectively with both the horse handlers and drivers to maintain clear traffic flow.
- Implement all relevant safety protocols and ensure compliance with traffic management regulations.
- Assist with other duties as required by the trainers.

Qualifications and Skills:

- **Must have** a valid NSW Traffic Control qualification.
- Previous experience in traffic control.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and make quick, informed decisions for safety.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.46 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift

Licence/Certification:

- Traffic Control Licence (preferred)
