Lead Educator

We currently have two positions available. We are looking for a Lead Educator and an assistant Educator to work along side our dedicated team. You must be someone who is enthusiastic, who enjoys engaging and creating stimulating learning experiences, is good at documentation and can support children's development. Excellent communication skills to liaise with Parents is a must and show dedication to your job.

We enjoy being out and about in our community and organise regular excursions for all age groups. Our children are our number one focus and we pride ourselves with that home away from home feeling for families, children and Educators.

Responsibilities include:

- To embrace and implement the Early Years Learning Framework and to ensure that the service maintains standards as outlined in the NQS
- To have input in the development & evaluation of early learning programs that meet each child's interest and individual strengths and needs
- Monitor and document children's learning and development
- Planning and implementing exciting and stimulating activities
- Nurturing and providing a safe and home like environment for all children.

Essential Criteria
- Certificate lll or Diploma in early childhood.
- Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma Management & Anaphylaxis, Child Protection Training
- Sound understanding of EYLF & NQS

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
