Tenancy Manager

**The Opportunity**:

- Hiring for a Tenancy/Property Manager to be based in their Chatswood Office
- Responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of tenants, handling inquiries, maintenance, inspections, and new tenant setups.
- Manage 150-200 tasks simultaneously, requiring strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Work with pride and a general good feeling, knowing you are on the front end of helping individuals who are facing challenges
- Join a dedicated team in a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Prior experience in Social Housing, tenant management, inspection procedures, Community/Commission Housing, or private rental management is **essential**.
- Possession of a **valid NSW Full driver's license** is a requirement as the role involves visiting various sites. Company car will be provided.
- Genuine passion in the social housing sector is a must
- Ability to start immediately will be preferred
