**The role**:
To provide supervision in all aspects of installation, services & maintenance of all types of valves, including scoping and quoting, material sourcing, compliance with client procedures, drafting of reports, certifications and documentation required for the execution of the project, equipment and personnel mobilization, supervision of job preparation and execution, client liaison, control of quality, health and safety standards and post job relationships

**Duties & Responsibilities to include but not limited to**:

- Ensure valve technician undertakes tasks in a safe and cost-effective manner Plan, allocate and monitor projects and staff
- Provide quality control and calibration analysis review for completed items and sign off process control inspection sheets
- Organise the purchase of materials and consumables for repairs
- Ensure daily/weekly machinery & plant checks are completed
- Interpret & understand P&ID’s, weld procedures, weld maps, MDR’s, material traceability
- Day-to-Day Supervision of maintenance and testing activities of Overhaul and repair valves, PSVs and actuators Day-to-Day Supervision of Testing of valves, actuators and PSVs
- Planning and execution of flange management activities within EnerMech & client requirements
- Co-ordinate with key stakeholders in ongoing certification & inspection programs

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Previous supervision experience within a Process Engineering environment either in a workshop or on-site
- Extensive knowledge of boiler making, welding, fitting, machining, structural and pipe steel, construction
- Previous experience in the overhaul, testing of all valve and actuator types.
- Able to interpret codes, specifications, drawings and assist employees in finding solutions
- Proactively manage production methods, cost and use of equipment to increase efficiency and quality
- Certificate (iii) Engineering Mechanical Trade or equivalent
Driving license
Familiarity with NATA specifications

- Willingness to accept new challenges
