About The Role
ASRC Catering delivers a range of corporate and community catering services and the provision of a business to consumer meals program.
The Delivery Driver has the opportunity to work in a crucial area of the ASRC Catering program; the delivery of the important goods made by the talented ASRC Catering staff. The Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting and delivering the food to customers in a safe, timely manner.
This role will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen preparation and cleanliness, deliveries and stock maintenance as well as adhering to safety protocols.

About You
The Delivery Driver will bring to the position a passion to work in the ASRC kitchen and some hospitality experience. The following skills and experience are also essential to be successful in this position:

- Drivers licence - legally permitted to drive in Victoria (some international licences may apply)
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage time effectively
- Good communication skills with experience in customer service
- Ability to follow cleaning instructions
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to collaborate with diverse groups
- Genuine authenticity in wanting to further the career development and work experience of staff, including staff with lived experience of seeking asylum
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for the goals and values of the ASRC
- The ability to adapt and contribute to growing and developing work environments

Founded 20 years ago, the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) is Australia’s largest human rights organisation providing support to people seeking asylum.
