**The Role**
We are seeking a Billing Officer to be part of the larger finance team. The role will involve taking responsibility for and ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of the billing function.
- Day to day responsibilities will include:_
- Enter, maintain and close all rental contracts, and maintain folders
- Ensure a timely accurate and effective workflow of the established process (contract administration and invoicing administration)
- Process credit notes
- Final monthly billings - checking for final approval
- Create job related purchase orders
- General administration and support
Servicing across APAC, your availability is required Monday - Friday, and shifts between 6.30am-8pm. A hybrid arrangement will be in place, with two days in the working from the office in Braeside and three days from home.
**You**
To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:
- 3-5 years of general accounts experience with the ability to pick up systems and procedures quickly and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Love and be savvy with numbers
