**About the role**

As Maintenance Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day maintenance and operation of the building services at Blackburn Public Surgical Centre and several minor satellite sites, including HEVAC, medical Gas and Electircal systems

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be a good communicator,
- be able to work within a multidiscipline team,
- participate on the after-hours on-call roster,
- be a self-starter and be open to new learning,
- computer literate,
- have a current Victorian drivers licence
- and a suitable trade background.
- an understaning of OHS requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills

Experience with the following systems would be highly regarded.
- Emergency Generators
- Water reticulation.
- Air Conditioning system
- Building Automation Systems
- Fire Alarms
- Computerised maintenance software.

Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
