**Support Workers (Community and Facility) - Subee Newlake**

We are currently searching for friendly and compassionate Support Workers to join our experienced team in the Newcastle, Hunter and Maitland area. Community and Facility work available

Independent works also welcome to apply.

**About the Role**:
You will be supported by our dedicated team and assist in providing services within the community that include but not limited to;
- Personal care, meal preparation, shopping, transport, medication and domestic assistance for Aged Care and/or NDIS clients
- Provide accurate and detailed incident reports and progress notes when required
- Manual handling including hoist transfers and bowel care if required
- Communicating regularly with office regarding client requests

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or Disability and/or working/willing to work towards a certificate
- Previous experience in the Aged or Disability Sector is desirable
- Current First Aid/CPR or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) or willing to obtain
- Driver's license & own car
- Available for 7am and/or late afternoon starts

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
