We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager leader to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the South Canberra area and requiring travel to the South Coast (Eden, Bega), Cooma and Jindabyne.

The Territory Manager reports to the Zone Manager, and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

**As the Territory **Manager, your**_ responsibilities _**will include:

- Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
- Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
- Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
- Contribute effectively as a member of the NSW field team
- Effective management of your merchandiser budget
- Liaising with Key decision makers in store

- FMCG experience is essential
- You will be confident in leading others through inspiration and motivation
- Microsoft Excel or SAP experience is desirable

- Ability to commit to overnight stays on a fornightly bases
