**Australian Residents and International Medical Graduates with a valid working visa and AHPRA Registration.**

**ACEM accreditation for 24 months of advanced training in Emergency Medicine**, along with accreditation for the ACEM Paediatric Logbook. Registrars will have the chance for valuable external rotations, including specialties such as Anaesthetics, ICU, and General Medicine. You'll find ample support from the team of experienced Emergency Physicians, supplemented by an engaging fellowship teaching program and a comprehensive exam preparation initiative. Mentorship opportunities are also available to ensure your professional growth and development.

The location is conveniently positioned a mere 30 minutes' drive from Melbourne's vibrant CBD, or less than an hour from the breathtaking surf coast of Victoria. **The Hospital**
The Emergency Department handles a diverse case load, catering to over 50,000 patients annually, with 20% being pediatrics. Additionally, boasting a well-equipped 10-bed short stay unit directly managed by the ED. Services provided include surgical, medical, maternity, newborn, renal dialysis, emergency, intensive care, mental health, rehabilitation, and palliative care. The hospital has recently undergone significant expansion.

**Essential Requirements**
- Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA_)_ **or** Passed AMC clinical Exam
- Ability to work flexibly within the Public Emergency Health Services system
- Prior experience working in the Public Emergency Health Services system will be of benefit
