**About the Role**:
As the Pharmacy Retail Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail space, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Your leadership will play a crucial role in enhancing our pharmacy's reputation as a trusted healthcare provider and retail destination. This full-time position offers the chance to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop a team of retail staff, fostering a culture of excellence in customer service and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and merchandising products.
- Implement promotional campaigns and manage the presentation of merchandise to maximise sales.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards within the retail space.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and healthcare professionals.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within a pharmacy or healthcare setting.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Knowledge of retail and inventory management systems.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
