- Develop plans to maintain and improve employee relations.

- Work with management on employee structure and compensation & benefits
- Deliver consistent internal communication.
- Revision of Company policy

**ABOUT YOU**
- 5 years or more experience in a similar role
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources/Business or a similar Degree
- Comprehensive understanding of HR best practice and employment legislation.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to plan and build a strategy.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build a good team
