**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively manage the delivery schedule of all incoming stock.
- Identifying & resolving any intake issues in collaboration with BAA & updating systems accordingly.
- Processing weekly markdowns & re-prices as advised by the planning team.
- Conduct option plan management & auditing daily.
- Run product line cards & forecasting with clear communication to the buying team.
- Conducts size curve analysis & complete sizing tool updates. Able to make suggestions for sizing mix changes needed to optimise sales.
- Proactively contributes to department trade each week following up on any actions & updating the team.
- Confident and concise presentation of analysis in relevant meetings
- Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis & data entry

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, however raw talent, attitude and skills are always highly valued
- At least 2 years experience in a planning position
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel
- High level of accuracy & attention to detail
- Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage a high workload and be able to work to tight deadlines
- Flexible and Adaptable
- be able to re-prioritise workload based on business priorities
- Strong Communicator
- ability to form relationships across the business
