Driveway Attendant

An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, passionate and customer driven individual to join our team as a Driveway Attendant and we are seeking a proactive individual to join our fast-paced Service Department.

This role has the ultimate aim to strive and meet all our customers' needs in a personalised, professional and welcoming manner.

**The Role**

You will be responsible for the following:

- Meet and greet customers at the Service Department
- Management of vehicle loan agreements matched to customer profile
- Management of customer car parking
- Ensure driveway is clear of congestion
- Collection of customer vehicles & drop off/ pick up at nearby station daily.
- Build and maintain customer relationships upon welcome and departure
- Assisting Service Advisors in various tasks

**About You**
- Professional presentation and approach to tasks
- Geographical knowledge of surrounding areas would be desirable
- Must have customer facing experience
- Passionate about customer service
- Experience in the automotive industry will be highly regarded
- High level of organisational and planning skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team focus
- Proactive and motivated nature
- Valid Driver's License

You will also be moving into a brand new, larger purpose-built facility once completed if you are successful.
