- Location - Weekend Bail Court, Parramatta
- Employment type - Ongoing Full Time - Thursday to Monday
- Salary - $106,025 - $117,363 + applicable penalty rates, super and annual leave loading

**Your role**

As part of the NSW Government’s announced reforms to strengthen the Justice system and better protect victims of domestic and family violence, changes to the operations of Bail Courts across NSW will be implemented to ensure bail decisions required across weekends are made by Magistrates.

As the Deputy Registrar, Weekend Bail Court you will provide leadership to the team promoting ethical behaviour, equal employment opportunity, cultural diversity, workplace safety and performance enhancement. You will develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and meet the needs of the court’s diverse range of clients.

Building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders including the judiciary are a key component of this role.

You will have experience ensuring statutory and administrative obligations are met and have the ability to perform quasi-judicial functions according to legislation where required.
