**About the Role**
**Duties**
- Greet visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone enquiries
- Booking service calls and confirming appointments
- Daily routine activities such as checking / sorting and sending mail, receipting cash deposits
- Processing customer payments
- Ensure common areas are kept tidy
- General administration duties as required
**Skills & Experience**
- Professional customer service skills
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative under limited supervision
- Outstanding time management and organisation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks quickly and efficiently
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Previous experience in a reception environment is desirable
