**About the role**

We have an opportunity for permanent full time Room Leaders at our Banksia Grove, Seville Grove, Bedford, and Ellenbrook Early Learning Centres.

Take that next step in your career and support children’s learning and development as a Room Leader. In this role you’ll plan and implement fun and interactive programs that will spark a child’s imagination while ensuring the smooth-running operation of routines and curriculums, giving them a nurturing environment where they can learn and grow.

**About you**

You’ll be passionate about being a part of children’s learning and development. You’ll be looking to take that next step in your career and develop your leadership skills.
- AQF Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent
- Prior Room Leader experience is not essential
- Experience in developing and implementing programs
- A passion for supporting children to learn and grow
- Working with Children Check
- Provide First Aid (HTLAID012) and CPR
- Influenza and COVID Vaccinations are preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)
