They are looking for a hard facilities maintenance operations manager who can ensure that all contractual and legislative requirements are met.

**Your new role**

As the operations manager, you will be responsible for liaising and developing excellent working relationships with the clients Facilities and Capital Infrastructure team to continuously improve maintenance services and support asset management methodologies. You will lead the development of new ideas and innovations within the hard facilities maintenance services, resulting in improvement and efficiency.

Additional accountabilities
- Lead, organise and control all operational activities, including tender packages, ensuring maximum effectiveness, value for money and transparency for Delta FM and the client.
- Oversee the performance and compliance management of subcontractors on all aspects of the Hard FM contract
- Oversee the performance and operation of the Energy Plant to ensure client operational requirements are met for the campus.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You have relevant trade or technical (engineering) qualifications. Moreover, you have experience in a similar role and have knowledge of facilities maintenance programs and practices. You have strong contract management experience, including the management of subcontract services.

Additional accountabilities:

- Proven hard facilities maintenance experience in a highly complex infrastructure systems environment including management of human resources.
- Experience in highly complex operational environments, including Energy Plants
- You have project management experience, scheduling and maintenance planning experience.
