**Position Overview**:
The Junior Implementation Consultant will assist with client implementations working closely with senior team members to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in consulting and project management, providing training and growth opportunities for a motivated individual looking to build a career in implementation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in Project Coordination: Support the senior team in planning and executing project tasks, helping to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
- Client Onboarding Support: Assist in client onboarding by setting up initial configurations, supporting product demonstrations, and assisting with training sessions.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with clients and senior consultants to understand basic business requirements and contribute to documentation and solution design.
- Configuration & Setup: Learn to customise various configurations to align with client needs, under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Conduct initial testing and troubleshooting, verifying that key functionalities are working as expected before product launch.
- Client Communication: Support the team in maintaining clear communication with clients, providing updates on project progress, and addressing questions or basic issues.
- Post-Implementation Support: Assist with post-implementation support, learning to respond to client inquiries and address any follow-up needs.
- Process Improvement Contribution: Observe and suggest improvements for implementation processes, helping to create more efficient and effective project workflows.

**About you**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Internship or 1+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related role; previous experience in a technical environment or consulting is required
- Good understanding of software, CRM, project management tools, and being a fast learner of software; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a willingness to learn how to communicate technical details effectively.
- Eagerness to learn troubleshooting and problem-solving in a client-facing role.
- Good multitasking abilities and attention to detail, with an ability to follow timelines and manage assigned tasks.
