**This current opportunity is with a large banking client working as a Lending Associate with opportunities in Southern Highlands, Wollongong and Goulburn, NSW. They are one of Australia's biggest banks, with more than 7,000 employees helping over 1.9 million customers achieve their financial goals.**

**About the role**:

- You'll be working with your banking relationship management team and customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure expectations are achieved.
- Make a difference with providing support to generate loan approvals, insurance and other relevant bank products.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify and fulfil broader financial needs of customers
- Previous customer service experience needed, and all other training will be provided
- Full Time opportunities as well as part-time opportunities for university students
