- Monday to Wednesday : 8am to 4pm
- $40 per hour - casual rate
Our Client is in need of a HR Coordinator or Officer for a part-time position.
In this role you will maintain systems, oversee the implementation of policies & procedures as well as managing the well-being of employees from a HR perspective.
An understanding of the NDIS would be advantageous but not essential.
What is essential is empathy, patience and a willingness to get to know your colleagues and participants.
**Essentially your experience will include**:
- Recent experience working with the Human Resources sector
- Full NSW Drivers Licence
- Confident administration and people skills
- Confident communication skills.
