The Bar team must be an ace in the following areas
- RSA
- Coffee Skills essential ( coffee guru looking for a change and to get behind the bar
- we are willing to train the bar)
- Cocktail Knowledge is a plus, (not a deal breaker)
- Can pour pints and drinks and high 5s at the same time

The Floor team must be an ace in the following areas
- Great attitude to learn if new to the industry
- Exceptional Food and Beverage Knowledge (RSA Certified)
- The ability to run well in a team environment
- Charisma to chat to friendly clientele and explain our excellent Cuisine
- Can confidently run a section on your own
- Correct Working VISA
