**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Trainee Service Advisor** to join our Euro Service team on a full-time basis in Warwick Farm.

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment with great customer service skills.

**You will be trained to perform the following**:

- Assess customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with workshop and parts departments.
- Provide quotes for repair jobs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service experience.
- Achieve and surpass manufacturers' CSI targets.

**Requirements for the role will involve the following**:

- Customer service commitment, eager to understand customer needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive systems; open to technical learning.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and commitment to growth.
- Current driver's license.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment; openness to continuous learning.
- Problem-solving mindset for effective customer issue resolution.
- Right to work in Australia with residency entitlements.
