Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of 140 properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct thorough entries, exits, and routines in accordance with company standards and regulations.
- Utilise Property Me software to streamline property management tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Take ownership of the portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained and owners are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Collaborate with a small, close-knit team to achieve company goals and uphold a supportive office environment.
- Adhere to established processes and checklists to maintain consistency and quality in property management operations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Proficiency in Property Me software is highly desirable.
- Strong work ethic and confidence in abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Dedication to providing exceptional service to property owners and tenants.
