**About this Role**

We are a trusted media organisation with a mission to positively impact our community 24/7. As a not-for-profit community organisation, our income is generated through donations and sponsorship. The Business Development Executive plays a key role in generating income through sponsorship agreements. In this role you will help businesses connect with a unique and engaged audience through media sales.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Proactively seek out, grow and maintain high quality relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure revenue growth
- Deliver effective on-air and digital campaigns for clients that deliver mutual benefit
- Prospect for new businesses by using PositiveMedia products to creatively solve client problems
- Passionately advocate across all sectors to promote PositiveMedia as a unique and effective marketing solution
- Work collaboratively to maintain a strong and effective Business Development team culture

**About You**

You are a connector who builds collaborative relationships and communicates in a clear and persuasive way. You forge genuine connections with people based on shared values and find innovative ways to deliver creative solutions to their problems. You may have experience or qualifications in sales, or relevant skills and experience that will enable you to hit the ground running.
