Maintenance Officer

**About the role**:
We are currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Mobile Maintenance Officer to join our Property Services Team. Working with a small and dedicated group you will be responsible for providing maintenance support to our team of contractors and suppliers at our sites ensuring buildings, properties, major plant and equipment are adequately maintained to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.

**About the person**:
We are seeking a self-starter that is comfortable working independently and managing time well. As you will be interacting with a wide range of people, you will need to have well-developed communication skills and be willing to provide a great customer service experience. You will also need to have:

- Valid Drivers Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- National Crime Clearance (NCC) (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Current Seasonal Flu Vaccination (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- COVID-19 Vaccination (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
- Previous maintenance/general handyman experience is highly regarded
- Basic computer skills desired

Experience and knowledge of the principals of maintenance and activities required to maintain property, assets, grounds and equipment would be very highly regarded.
