- Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.**About the Belmont Primary Care Team**
- The Primary Care team incorporates multipdisciplinary health professionals from allied health and nursing backgrounds. This dynamic and high performing team provides services ranging from early intervention through to support of consumers with chronic and complex needs.**About the role**
- As the Allied Health Assistant you will contribute to the care of Barwon Health patients and clients through the delivery of patient centred, evidence based Physiotherapy services, in the designated clinical areas, as directed by, and under the supervision of, the treating Physiotherapist.To provide teaching, supervision and development of less experienced physiotherapy allied health assistants and allied health assistant students. Undertake a range of non-clinical duties that support the provision of Physiotherapy services.-
