Working closely with the office team, this position will travel to job sites from Hobart to the Huon Valley, both residential and commercial, to perform gutter cleaning and maintenance, ensuring the proper and efficient removal of debris and obstructions from gutters and downpipes, and conducting inspections on the conditions of gutters and roofing, cleaning solar panels, working with gutter guard, cleaning pits and drains and lichen treatment. This is a physical role and requires you to be physical fit.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions (Working from Heights ticket is preferred, but we can provide this training)
- Full Drivers Licence
- National Police Check (must be no more than 3 months old)
- Working with Vulnerable People and White Card (or ability to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Vaccinations for the Flu and COVID 19 are required for work conducted at Aged Care sites.
