C&H Recruitment is seeking experienced Project Scheduler to join a large scale mining manufacturer for an ongoing project.

You will play an integral role in generating, monitoring and maintaining schedules and programs inline with project and company milestones. This will consist of developing working relationships with various stakeholders from all business departments gathering inputs to develop integrated project schedules specifically delivering new and rebuilt mining machinery projects to the contract requirements.

About the role:

- Manage and integrate project schedules in accordance with project scopes
- Analyse project schedules and identify critical paths, constraints, and risks.
- Utilize SAP and MSP to assist and analyze schedules including resource planning and capacity
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for project scheduling
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Control, monitor and report critical KPIs, milestones, reviewing forecasts and progress against the project baseline
- Collaborate with project managers and other members of the team to develop and refine project schedules
- Work with project teams to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and delays
- Maintain a healthy relationship with relevant departments and communicate plans and statuses as required

What you need to bring:

- 3-5 years of scheduling experience within heavy equipment manufacture, construction, mining or similar complex projects
- Competent experience using industry standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.)
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Good analytical and planning abiltiies
- High attention to detail with time management skills
- Proven experience working in project teams in fast paced environment
