**Overview**

A great opportunity for a reliable and motivated person to join our Mental Health team as a Project Officer who is responsible for contributing to complex projects/ programs/ services which result in the development, implementation and continuation of services and structures within the Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network (RMCLHN) Mental Health (MH) service.

The Project Officer works independently but applies knowledge and experience enabling the Riverland Mallee Coorong LHN MH to meet its objectives and strategic directions.

The Mental Health Project Officer is a RMCLHN regional position and the successful applicant could be based at either Murray Bridge or the Riverland. He/she would be working with Rural and Remote Mental Health Services and RMCLHN project management team, as well as specific mental health projects as directed.

The Riverland Mallee Coorong Local Health Network, called RMCLHN for short, supports more than 70,000 people living in country South Australia in the towns and surrounds of Renmark, Paringa, Berri, Barmera, Waikerie, Loxton, Pinnaroo, Lameroo, Karoonda, Mannum, Murray Bridge, Tailem Bend, Meningie, Tintinara and Coonalpyn.
