**Responsibilities**:

- Perform preventive maintenance on complex machinery and equipment- Troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment- Install and maintain new complex machinery and equipment- Work with other maintenance staff to ensure the smooth operation of the manufacturing plant- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work**Qualifications**:

- Trade qualification- At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment- Strong knowledge of complex machinery and equipment- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Benefits**:
