We have a wonderful opportunity for a food and beverage Manager to join our Balmain Dolly's Acai store. This is a 4 day a week role on a rotating roster.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Overall management of the operations of the store including, inventory management, customer management and supervision of staff where required.
- Responsible for social media management through Instagram/TikTok
- Quality control, ensuring freshness of our product daily.
- Preparation of fruits, toppings, and all ingredients required for the day
- Prepare acai bowls, smoothies, frozen yoghurt and other menu items
- Cashiering, and attending to customers
- Be familiar with our menu, range of products, and dietary restrictions
- Managing processes and driving operational efficiencies.
- Cleaning and housekeeping of premises

**REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE**
- High energy, great communication skills and warm personality is a must.
- Process driven and strong level of understanding of operational efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous food and beverage experience is essential.
- Can do attitude and proven ability to solve problems autonomously.
- Responsible, adaptable, committed, with strong initiative and willingness to learn
- A team player with excellent attention to customers and detail

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
