Do you have a passion for cycling and excellent customer service skills? Freedom Machine is looking for a dedicated Rental Specialist to join our team in Murwillumbah

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage rental bookings and ensure a seamless experience for customers
- Set up and maintain the hire fleet, ensuring all bikes are in top condition
- Provide exceptional customer service, offering expert advice and support
- Handle bike cleaning and routine maintenance tasks.
- Tracking assets and customers accounts
- Social media

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a bike-related role or a background in customer service and sales
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for cycling and the ability to share your enthusiasm with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
