Manage a small service focused on community engagement and developing lifelong learners This service is every Coordinators dream. With regular children in attendance and a great school relationship, this is a service you can come into and easily grow and make your own. This is a p ermanent part-time position offering 31.5 hours per week including 4 hours of non-contact administration hours. You will work across split shifts to support the service's opening hours of Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 9:00am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm to 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service. Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have: Enjoy working with kids Strong and clear communication Team player with a desire to become a service leader Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA Australian work rights
