If you’re a Financial Adviser and eager to step into a role that you can make your own, this is the role for you Our client has just acquired a new portfolio of clients, you will work with a Senior Adviser to manage these clients, providing them holistic advice and working with them to meet their financial goals.

Our client is seeking someone who can provide personalised service and comprehensive advice, is accountable, reliable, and really takes ownership of the role, making this position their own. With the mentorship and support of an experienced team, as well as your own Client Service Officer, bring your expertise, collaboration and self-drive to make a positive impact in this vibrant, supportive team.

We are looking for a friendly, driven, and motivated individual who is keen to join an established and experienced team and integrate into their firm for the long term.

**Who you will be working with?**

You will have the support of a team that bring a high level of technical expertise to the role, working collaboratively to ensure best outcomes for clients. Being a smaller team, you will have the ability to engage with the whole team, and build your skills with development and mentorship. With a range of clients and duties undertaken in your role, this role will continuously develop your skills and keep you engaged.

**Duties and responsibilities include**:

- Manage existing clients and develop new business through leads and referrals
- Provide technical advice with complex strategies, high quality financial and risk management advice to clients
- Undertake client meetings with newly acquired clients, provide an outstanding and efficient service to all clients
- Be well organised and highly process driven to ensure compliance in all considerations
- Maintain industry/market knowledge

**We are looking for someone who has**:

- FASEA qualified, ideally with some experience as a Financial Adviser with knowledge across a range of strategies
- Understanding of financial planning regulations and compliance, with a strong attention to detail
- Client focused and motivated to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of clients
- A self-starter and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive culture
