**Your Responsibilities**:

- Procure property listings for sale
- Identify and connect with potential buyers
- Attend appraisals and assist in preparing for pre-listing, with direction
- Assist with market appraisals
- Coordinate and manage opens/property inspections and prepare vendor reports/updates
- Assist with the end-to-end management of active listings and sold properties; including vendor and buyer liaison
- Build and manage a client database

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Must hold a current Victorian Drivers License and have a reliable vehicle
- Willing to provide a current Police Check (or have one less than 6 months old)
- Preferred but not essential: Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate
